By using our website and/or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Ordering & Personal Information
2.1 Customers must provide accurate details regarding design, flavor, size, and other customizations in writing when placing an order.
2.2 While we strive to interpret all designs accurately, exact replicas of previous works cannot be guaranteed due to the unique nature of our cakes.
2.3 For order processing, we require your name, email address, phone number, and home address. This data will not be shared with third parties and will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3. Payment & Cancellations
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3.2 Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 7 days before the agreed delivery/collection date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the delivery/collection date will incur a 50% charge.
4. Delivery & Collection
4.1 We prefer for cakes to be collected from our location, but we also offer local delivery. Delivery charges may apply.
4.2 We take utmost care in packaging our cakes for delivery, but cannot take responsibility for damage that occurs after the cake has left our premises.
5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
5.1 We offer gluten-free options, but please note that all our cakes are made in a home kitchen where gluten is present. While we take steps to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are completely free from allergens.
5.2 We do not offer vegan options at this time.
6. Cake Care
6.1 Our cakes are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend consuming your cake within 24 hours of collection/delivery for the best taste and texture.
6.2 We provide Cake Care instructions with each order, which include best practices for transporting and storing your cake.
7. Feedback & Complaints
7.1 We value your feedback and strive to provide the highest level of service. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
